Search for Fallen Soldiers' Remains Continues Today towards Varanda (Fizuli)

The search for the remains of fallen soldiers was completed unsuccessfully yesterday, April 16, in the Qorotani area. This information was provided by the Emergency Situations Service of the Republic of Artsakh.

Rescue operations are continuing today in the direction of Varanda (Fizuli) with one rescue team. Over the last three days since the ceasefire, the total number of remains discovered or transferred by Azerbaijan has not changed: 1542.

Of the published figures, 27 are preliminarily identified as civilians, while the others were participants in combat operations.
