The Return of Prisoners Is Unfortunately Delayed Again: Tigran Avinyan's Office

The return of prisoners is unfortunately delayed again, as the 8th point of the trilateral statement of November 9 is not being implemented by the opposing side, which constitutes a gross violation of the post-war humanitarian process. This was stated in a announcement released by the office of the Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia, Tigran Avinyan.

"Negotiations continue with the mediation of the Russian side, and we hope that the Azerbaijani side will ultimately respect the signed agreement and fulfill the humanitarian commitments," the statement noted.

It is reported that relatives of the captives are currently at Erebuni Airport, where the situation is tense.
