Collision Between Ford Transit and Russian Citizen's Mercedes Actros in Kotayk: 3 Hospitalized

A serious traffic accident occurred in the Kotayk region yesterday. Around 18:10, on the 2nd km of the Arinj-Zoraghbyur highway, a collision took place between a Ford Transit, driven by 32-year-old Vardan Aloyan from the village of Arinj, and a Mercedes Actros, driven by a 60-year-old Russian citizen, Alexander Artyomov, as reported by shamshyan.com.

As a result of the accident, the driver of the Ford Transit, V. Aloyan, and his passengers—31-year-old Andranik Aghajanyan and 32-year-old Armen Chobanyan, both residents of the village of Jrvazh—were hospitalized with bodily injuries at the Abovyan Medical Center. According to reports, V. Aloyan works as a driver for “Evrotherm” LLC, while A. Aghajanyan and A. Chobanyan are employed as couriers at the same company.
