Change of Detention Measures for Hakob Berberyan: Ruben Melikyan

Human rights defender Ruben Melikyan announced on his Facebook page that the detention measures applied to Hakob Berberyan, who was arrested in connection with the riots occurring at the Government building, have been changed.

“Hakob Berberyan's detention measures have been changed to a signature not to leave the country by the court's decision!! Congratulations to Hakob's lawyer Fred Sarkisyan,” he wrote.

Hakob Berberyan was arrested on the night of November 9-10 in relation to the criminal case initiated due to mass riots at the Government building.
