LHK leader Edmond Marukyan rejected several businessmen and publicly known figures from high positions on the party list, surprising some of his colleagues. Marukyan reassured his teammates, saying that recent closed polls indicated that LHK is among the passing forces of the future parliament, and he does not wish to bring dubious personalities into parliament at the expense of his loyal associates and the party's 'old guard.'
