VIDEO: A Car Plunges into a Crowd in Belarus

In the Belarusian city of Glusk, the driver of an Audi struck patrons of a café and then attempted to flee, resulting in five injuries.

According to the country's police, the incident occurred late on Monday night after the driver got into an argument with several customers of the café, which is believed to have led to the assault. "Before the café closed, the patrons exited onto the street; two got into the Audi and drove into the others who were near the entrance. One of the injured has been hospitalized," the source noted.

Following the incident, the driver attempted to escape but was stopped on the outskirts of the city. The assailant, it turned out, is a 34-year-old resident of Bobruisk with a previous criminal record. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident.
