The Most Expensive Thing is Friendship, The Unforgivable Flaw is Betrayal: Robert Kocharian Answers Pozner's Blitz Questions

The second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, answered Russian journalist Vladimir Pozner's question during an interview about whether views of the past hinder the country's development and if the country needs to develop in a new way.

“Undoubtedly, the country needs to develop; however, I do not believe that views of the past are a brake on the country's development. On the contrary, one can capitalize on them both here and there. I think it is more appropriate to capitalize on our values,” the former president stated.

At the end of the program, Pozner traditionally posed brief questions to Robert Kocharian:

  • What do you consider your achievement?
    My career.
  • What do you value the most?
    Friendship.
  • If you caught a golden fish and it granted you three wishes, what would those wishes be?
    I would refuse.
  • What flaw do you easily forgive in people?
    Cowardice.
  • What flaw will you never forgive?
    Betrayal.
  • What human trait do you value the most?
    Loyalty.
  • If Satan offered you immortality without any conditions, would you agree?
    No.
  • What is your main strength?
    Consolation.
  • What is your main weakness?
There are no such things; more accurately, I do not want to mention them, I have enemies.
  • If you met the higher power, what would you ask?
Why did you subject me to trials throughout my life?
