Peacekeepers Aware of Azerbaijani Inscriptions Near Tank Monument
The law enforcement agencies of Artsakh have recorded incidents of Azerbaijani individuals leaving inscriptions on the sign near the "Tank" monument located on the Shushi-Stepanakert highway. This was stated by Lusine Avanesyan, the spokesperson for the President of the Republic of Artsakh, in an interview with Artsakhpress, adding that Russian peacekeepers have also been informed about the incident.
"What has occurred, as well as several other actions by Azerbaijan, are acts of disrespect towards both the trilateral ceasefire statement and our Russian partners. I believe there will be an appropriate response. As for the authorities in Artsakh, all such incidents are being analyzed and appropriate measures are taken in collaboration with peacekeepers to ensure the safety of the population. This is a psychological attack by Azerbaijan aimed at creating an atmosphere of fear among those living in Artsakh," Avanesyan said.
