Citizen Throws Grenade at Another Resident's House in Artsakh

In the Martuni city of Artsakh, a 33-year-old resident identified as N. G. threw a grenade towards the residence of A. A. on the streets of the city yesterday. As a result, the grenade exploded, damaging the roof and bathroom of the house. The citizen has been apprehended by the police regional department.

This information was obtained from the Facebook page of the Artsakh Police. “On April 5, at 20:40, a report was received from a resident of Martuni that a grenade had detonated on Garegin Nzhdeh Street. An operational group led by the head of the police regional division, S. Danielyan, determined that on the same day around 20:35, N. G. threw a grenade towards A. A.'s house, resulting in an explosion that caused damage to the roof and bathroom. N. G. has been taken into custody by the police regional department. The circumstances of the incident are being investigated by the Martuni police regional department,” the statement said.
