Azerbaijanis can only search for an office location in Stepanakert on a map, but not in real life. This was stated by the press secretary of the Artsakh President, Lusine Avanesyan, in a comment to Artsakhpress regarding the statement made by Tural Ganjaliyev, who claimed he was looking for an office location in Stepanakert.

“This is yet another sick wish from the Azerbaijani side, presented as a reality. With such cheap information speculation, they aim to keep their society in delusion and to annoy the Armenian public. They cannot have an office in Stepanakert, nor can they even visit Stepanakert. Instead, they should think about the return of our occupied territories so that we can talk about real prospects for conflict resolution,” stated Lusine Avanesyan.
