Today, Hetq reported on its Facebook page that a source within the government has informed that Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan's friends and their associates have been appointed to various positions within the Road Department. Avinyan's friend is also the husband of the sister of former Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Zaruhy Batoyan.

In the comments of the post, Zaruhy Batoyan wrote that the discussion is not about her brother-in-law and that he has never held any public office. In response to Batoyan's comment, former MP and singer Shushan Petrosyan posed a question to Batoyan: 'And how do you live, are you calm, do you sleep well at night? Don't the slain children come to your dreams one by one like lights? You are among those who surrendered Artsakh. You must live with that responsibility.'
