29-Year-Old Man Dies After Nose Surgery; Father of Three Young Children

According to ArmDaily.am, a death of a 29-year-old man has been reported at one of Yerevan's hospitals yesterday. Sources indicate that the young man was from the Urtsadzor community in the Ararat region and had undergone nose surgery days prior at one of the regional medical facilities.

In an interview with the news outlet, Urtsadzor community leader Rafik Andreasyan confirmed the information. “He had respiratory issues for a long time, he constantly postponed the surgery. He had no previous issues, they say he had surgery before, he had a tumor, but I have no such information. He went for the surgery on his own and look what happened. They say it was also coronavirus, but I’m not sure,” he noted.

He also mentioned that the young man was married and a father of three young children. “He comes from a hardworking family, he works in the private sector, they live well, they own some equipment,” Andreasyan added.
