Cause of Georgi Poghosyan's Death Revealed

It was reported this morning that the renowned doctor Georgi Kim Poghosyan has passed away. The news of his death was also shared by the rector of Yerevan State Medical University, Armen Muradyan, on his Facebook page.

Georgi Poghosyan, an associate professor at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Yerevan State Medical University and a candidate of medical sciences, died this morning due to complications from COVID-19. It is noted that he had been hospitalized days earlier and had underlying health conditions, including cardiovascular issues, which prevented him from overcoming the effects of the pandemic.

Georgi Poghosyan was 74 years old.
