International relations expert Surén Sargsyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Dear authorities, do not show your weak and scared posture towards Turkey. This is the dumbest thing you can do before engaging in negotiations. The weak are not taken into account; they are just put down, as the Azerbaijanis are currently doing to you. Moreover, if you are afraid to call the enemy an enemy, it only means you are unilaterally opening your door to them. They will definitely take advantage of it. Wouldn’t they have benefited if you opened the door to Kars? Put on your favorite brave hat and then negotiate. At least ensure a display of firmness."
