Five years have passed since the April War. High-ranking officials were at Yerablur. The Chief of Staff did not want to comment on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement that we must reconsider our stance towards the regional states, including Turkey. “The Chief of Staff does not comment on the Prime Minister’s statements,” Arak Davtyan said briefly.

In response to a question about the use of Iskander missiles, he noted that he could not say anything, as the information is not subject to publication.

It is worth reminding that on April 2, 2016, Azerbaijan launched a large-scale attack against the Republic of Artsakh, violating the 1994 agreement on the complete cessation of fire and military operations, using its entire offensive arsenal and targeting not only the positions of the Defense Army but also civilian infrastructure and border villages.
