Nikol Pashinyan Sends Delegation to Russia
Nikol Pashinyan has signed a decision to send Hakob Vardanyan to Russia. According to Article 7, Part 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Structure and Activities of the Government, 1. Hakob Vardanyan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia, will be sent to the Russian Federation (Murmansk region) from April 11-13, 2021, to participate in an experience exchange meeting regarding the extension of the operational deadline for the No. 2 energy block at the Kolsky Nuclear Power Plant. He will also visit Russia (Moscow) from April 13-16, 2021, to meet with the management team of the ‘Hydropress’ design bureau and to hold several bilateral meetings. 2. The expenses related to Hakob Vardanyan's trip to the Russian Federation will be covered by the budget allocated for official foreign missions in the Armenian government’s 2021 state budget. 3. The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia is tasked with ensuring that a report on the results of Hakob Vardanyan's trip to Russia is submitted to the Prime Minister's Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia within three days of his return.
