Court Adjourns for Deliberation in the Case of Robert Kocharian and Others, Decision to Be Announced on April 6
The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Anna Danibekyan, concluded the discussion of the defense's request to terminate the criminal prosecution against the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, and others under Article 300.1 of the Criminal Code.
The court has adjourned for deliberation and will issue a decision on April 6 at 17:45.
