White House Spokesperson Reveals Biden's Coronavirus Testing Frequency
U.S. President Joe Biden takes a coronavirus test every two weeks, with the most recent test returning a negative result. This was announced during a press briefing by White House spokesperson Jen Psaki, according to RIA Novosti.
“In accordance with our promise of transparency, we would like to inform you that this week the President tested for COVID-19, and no virus was detected,” Psaki stated. She added that the President undergoes such testing every two weeks.
It is worth noting that Biden publicly received vaccinations against the coronavirus in December and again in January. He has promised that the coronavirus vaccine will be available to 90% of the country’s adult population within a few weeks.
Current data indicates that over 50 million Americans have completed the vaccination course, which accounts for more than 15% of the population. In the U.S., the number of individuals infected with the coronavirus has exceeded 31 million, while the death toll has surpassed 560,000.
