Azerbaijan Opens Another Military Base at the Border with Armenia
Azerbaijan has opened a new military base in the Kutlu region, near its state border with Armenia, according to Azerbaijani media reports.
During a ceremony organized in connection with this event, Rashad Sadigov, the first deputy head of the State Border Service, conveyed the congratulations of the head of the Border Service, Elchin Guliyev, to the personnel.
