VIDEO: If Pashinyan is Re-elected, It Will Contradict My Opinion on the Mind and Consciousness of the Armenian People - Zatulin
The news of Nikol Pashinyan's potential dismissal did not come as a surprise to anyone. Everyone understood that one day the Prime Minister of Armenia would have to take this step and announce early parliamentary elections. The only question now is whether Pashinyan's party will retain its political weight after the elections, writes mk.ru.
“If Nikol Pashinyan resigns, early parliamentary elections will be held in Armenia. It is unlikely that Nikol Pashinyan will be able to be re-elected as Prime Minister,” stated Konstantin Zatulin, a representative of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, in a video prepared by mk.ru. In the video, Zatulin, political analyst Hayk Khalatyan, and journalist Arshak Mghdesyan analyze Pashinyan's chances of remaining in politics after a potential dismissal.
“Pashinyan will probably remain in parliament as an opposition figure, but if he is re-elected, it will contradict my opinion on the mind and consciousness of the Armenian people,” Zatulin added. More details can be found in the video.
