They Deliberately Lost the Children Because They Know Too Much, Says Parent of Missing Soldier
The parents of missing soldiers gathered at the National Assembly today to meet with MP Taguhi Tovmasyan and sought information about the status of criminal cases related to their sons.
“They deliberately lost the children because they know too much. It’s better for the child to be with the Azerbaijanis than with Colonel Gor Ishkhanyan. Gor Ishkhanyan has fled from the parents of soldiers, he even changed his phone number so we can’t call him, but that’s not going to happen; as long as my heart beats, he will have questions to answer to me,” said the father of a missing soldier.
The soldier's mother recounted that when she inquired with Gor Ishkhanyan about her child's condition, he responded that it was impossible for anyone from that company to be alive. “In my opinion, the children were deliberately handed over to the Turks; when the territory was given to the Turks on November 9, why did you hand the children over to the Turks on the 11th?” asked the mother of missing soldier David Asoyan. She noted that she has not had any information about her son since October 10.
The parents mentioned that they have appealed to all relevant authorities, but have received no response to their concern. “We have approached the government, yet we receive no answers. We say that four or five people are involved in this crime; we even provide names. Bring them in and determine who is guilty. At that time, Jalal Harutyunyan was the commander of the Armed Forces, Gor Ishkhanyan was involved, Karen Arustamyan, and Vardanian Kamon, the chief of the Artsakh staff.” They claim that Gor Ishkhanyan was dispatched to intentionally delay the process.
