The Deputy Mayor of Goris, Irina Yolyan, reports: “Last night, Azerbaijanis threw rocks at the vehicle transporting the bodies of fallen soldiers, shattering the windows. The driver recounts that he left Stepanakert at night, heading towards Goris, and encountered thick fog, during which he felt rocks hitting the vehicle. The incident occurred at approximately 1:30 AM. The driver did not stop and continued to drive, successfully bringing the bodies of the fallen soldiers to Goris. These are facts of the enemy’s aggressive behavior that must be documented, and measures must be taken. Ultimately, who should ensure the right of peaceful civilians to move safely?”
