NSS Must Investigate Officials' Statements and True Intentions, MP Comments on Secretary of Security Council's Statement

If they are talking about reshaping relations with Turkey, then at the very least, we should receive signals from that country that they also want it. This was stated today, on March 31, during a conversation with reporters at the National Assembly by MP Taguhi Tovmasyan, commenting on the statement by Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan that there need to be corrections in the approaches to relations with Turkey.

“It turns out that we constantly want to change our attitude, but their agenda remains filled with harsh responses aimed at tearing us apart and hanging us. I do not understand what this one-sided philosemitism aims for. The NSS has a role to play here. The NSS must make the actions, statements, and true intentions of these officials the subject of investigation,” she emphasized.
