Tiran Khachatryan's Lawsuit Against the Minister of Defense and the General Staff Accepted for Proceedings

The Administrative Court has accepted for proceedings Tiran Khachatryan's lawsuit (this is the second lawsuit submitted by our company) against the Minister of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces, under whose orders Tiran Khachatryan was removed from the personnel list of the General Staff and subsequently relieved of his position as the First Deputy Chief of the General Staff, reports TK & Partners, which is engaged in the defense of Tiran Khachatryan.

The company also reminds that based on Article 83, Part 1 of the Administrative Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and under the conditions for the acceptance of Tiran Khachatryan's lawsuit by the Administrative Court, the execution of the orders of the Minister of Defense and the acting Chief of the General Staff are considered suspended, whereby the lieutenant general legally remains the First Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces.
