Tavush Governor Files Lawsuit Against Hrant Bagratyan: Spokesperson

The Governor of Tavush, Hayk Chobanyan, has filed a lawsuit against former Prime Minister Hrant Bagratyan. This was reported by Lilit Sargsyan, the spokesperson of the Tavush Governor, on her Facebook page.

"The governor demands that the court obligate Mr. Bagratyan to publicly apologize and also to pay 1 dram as compensation for the damages caused," the spokesperson wrote.

It is worth noting that earlier, Hayk Chobanyan had announced that discussions about surrendering territories from Tavush had halted a $4 million investment, and that he had indeed taken legal action against Hrant Bagratyan.

Additionally, former Armenian Prime Minister and economist Hrant Bagratyan stated that Azerbaijanis are conducting surveying activities in the Tavush region.
