State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition Initiates Administrative Proceeding Against Major Egg Producers

The State Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition of Armenia has initiated an administrative proceeding against major egg production businesses based on potential violations of the Law on Protection of Economic Competition. This includes possible abuse of dominant position and/or characteristics of anti-competitive agreements, which will be assessed during the administrative process. This was announced by the head of the commission, Gegham Gevorgyan, on their Facebook page.
