Precipitation to Pause for Several Days: Weather Forecast

The meteorologists have presented the weather forecasts for the upcoming days for Armenia and Artsakh.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations' Hydromet Service warns that on the night from March 29 to March 30, negative temperatures are expected in the lowland areas of the republic, with air temperatures ranging from -1 to -2 degrees Celsius and ground surface temperatures from -3 to -5 degrees Celsius.

Throughout the republic, from March 30 to April 3, dry weather without precipitation is expected during the day. On the night of March 31, precipitation is expected in Lori, Tavush, Syunik, and Artsakh, while during the day on April 2, significant rainfall is expected in several regions, and thunderstorms are possible on April 3 in southern regions.

The temperature will gradually rise by 6-8 degrees. In Yerevan, the weather is also expected to remain dry on March 30-31 and during the night of April 1 and 2; however, brief rain and thunderstorms are forecasted during the day on April 2.
