Pashinyan Signs Decision to Send Vahram Dumanyan and Karen Gilyan to Russia
The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has signed a decision to send Vahram Dumanyan and Karen Gilyan to Russia.
Under the authority of Article 7, Part 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on the Structure and Activities of the Government:
- The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia, Vahram Dumanyan, and the Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Karen Gilyan, are to be dispatched to the Russian Federation (Moscow) from April 8 to April 11, 2021, to attend the European Weightlifting Championship and participate in the medal awards ceremony.
- The expenses related to the business trip of Vahram Dumanyan and Karen Gilyan to the Russian Federation (Moscow) will be covered by the funds allocated in the 2021 state budget of the Republic of Armenia for official trips abroad.
- The Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Republic of Armenia is tasked with submitting a report on the results of the trip to the office of the President of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia within three days of returning from the trip.
