Armen Sarkissian Signs Multiple Laws
On March 30, President Armen Sarkissian signed a series of important legislative changes including amendments to the laws on 'Licensing', 'Industrial Design', and 'State Duties'. The amendments also pertain to changes in the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia, modifications to the 'Law on the Protection of Economic Competition', and revisions to the 'Law on Trademarks'.
Additionally, President Sarkissian approved changes to the 'Law on Banking Secrets', amendments concerning the organization and conduct of inspections in the Republic of Armenia, updates to the 'Law on Chambers of Commerce and Industry', and adjustments to the 'Securities Market' law.
The package includes changes to the 'Law on Refugees and Asylum', an amendment to the 'Defense Industry Complex' law, and updates to the Administrative Offenses Code of the Republic of Armenia. Furthermore, modifications were made to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia and amendments to the 'Public Records' law.
