The Constitutional Court Publishes Full Decision Recognizing Article 300.1 of the Criminal Code as Unconstitutional

The Constitutional Court of Armenia has published its full decision regarding the recognition of Article 300.1 of the Criminal Code as unconstitutional, based on the petitions of former President Robert Kocharyan and Yerevan City Court judge David Grigoryan.
