Surent Grigoryan Does Not Deny Rumors of Appointment as Deputy Minister of Justice

The lawmaker from the 'My Step' faction, Suren Grigoryan, does not deny the rumors regarding his appointment as Deputy Minister of Justice. It has been reported that in the coming days, Grigoryan will be appointed to this position.

“The appointment of the Deputy Minister of Justice is made by the decision of the Prime Minister. When the decision is made, we can confirm it. For now, discussions are ongoing,” Grigoryan said in an interview with ‘Pastinfo.’

He avoided answering whether he had received such an offer or not. “At this point, I have no further comments. In any case, I remain part of the political team, regardless of whether I am appointed to the new position or not,” the lawmaker stated.

As already reported, the lawmaker submitted his resignation today. According to preliminary information, Grigoryan's mandate will be assigned to Vahagn Aleksanyan, the head of public relations for the 'Civil Contract' party.
