Mkhihtar Hayrapetyan Appeals to Foreign Minister Regarding US Trip with Fiancée

Information has circulated on the internet indicating that an invitation from an unknown organization was presented, which "coincidentally" was sent to Hayrapetyan and his fiancée, Lusine Vana Karapetyan, who works at the government's social media account.

As indicated in the letter, the 17-day visit has no specific agenda, and the couple has "arranged" the invitation for state funding since both Hayrapetyan and his partner have presented it as a business trip in order to cover travel and accommodation expenses at the expense of Armenian taxpayers.
