Military Personnel to Acquire Housing through Accelerated and Efficient Program

On March 26, a working discussion was held under the initiative of Colonel A. Avetisyan, head of the Main Department of Contractual Military Service and Logistics of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia. This meeting aimed to examine the issues that arose during the provision of mortgage financing as established by the Armenian government's decision No. 1091-N on August 22, 2019.

The decision set forth a targeted program aimed at supporting contractual military personnel in the procurement or construction of housing at affordable and preferential terms. The discussion was attended by representatives from the Central Bank of Armenia, as well as leaders from 10 construction companies, including “Ardshininvestbank” CJSC.

As a result of the exchange of ideas, an agreement was reached to implement the process as quickly and effectively as possible for the benefit of the military personnel who are beneficiaries of this targeted program.
