Foreign Minister Does Not Comment on Armen Grigoryan's Statement
If the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is unaware, then negotiations do not exist. This was stated by Foreign Minister Ara Aivazyan in a conversation with journalists regarding negotiations with Turkey. He mentioned that there are no negotiations in any format.
As for the statement made by Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan, the minister said he would not comment on it.
