Body of 61-Year-Old Man Found on Roof of Lusakert Poultry Factory

A tragic incident occurred in the Kotayk region on March 29. Around 13:30, the Nairi police department received a report that there was a man's body at the Lusakert poultry factory owned by the "Lusakert" LLC in the village of Lusakert.

Police and investigators discovered the body of 61-year-old Lyova Sharafyan, a resident of the same village, on the roof of one of the poultry factory's barns. According to preliminary information, he was electrocuted while working on the barn roof and died on the spot.

To retrieve the body from the roof, a firefighting and rescue squad from the Kotayk regional rescue service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations arrived with one combat unit. As per the decision of senior investigator S. Sedrakyan, materials are being prepared on the case.
