72 Hours Since the Obvious Illegal Criminal Prosecution of Yuri Khachaturov

Lawyer Mihran Poghosyan wrote on his Facebook page: "It has been exactly 72 hours since the obvious illegal criminal prosecution of Lieutenant General Yuri Khachaturov has been underway. Unfortunately, Anna Danibekyan, the judge of the Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction, continues this mockery of the law and, through her efforts, sustains this extremely unlawful criminal prosecution.

Today, the staff of Anna Danibekyan has failed again to provide a decision on halting the criminal prosecution against Yuri Khachaturov, while I have at least informed Ms. Danibekyan about the existence of the Constitutional Court's decision."
