Residential Building Collapses in Cairo, Casualties Reported

At least 3 people have died and 23 have been injured following the collapse of a 10-story residential building in Cairo. This was reported by РИА Новости, citing the Egyptian newspaper Al-Ahram.
The collapse occurred this morning, and the injured have been hospitalized. Rescue operations are ongoing to search for individuals trapped in the debris.
So far, the cause of the building's collapse remains unknown.
