They drive behind the car, stop it, and get the tie cut. The person doing the dragging explains that the dog had bitten, and that’s why they treated it this way. We have submitted a report to the police. The dog has not died, but its condition is extremely critical; it's currently on the way to Yerevan. We will take it to the clinic and inform you about its condition.'
