An individual who tortured a dog and dragged it behind their car has been taken into custody. Showing their face to the public and being publicly shamed is the least they deserve.

A resident of Hrazdan, Susanna, witnessed a vehicle dragging a tied-up dog. The dog was being pulled behind the car, and when stopped, they untied it. The individual dragging the dog claimed it was because the dog had bitten someone that they treated it this way. We have reported this to the police. The dog is not dead, but its condition is extremely serious; it is currently on the road in Yerevan. We will take it to a clinic and will keep you updated on its condition.'
