Cats Come to Warm Up Dog Subjected to Cruel Treatment by Scoundrel

Gohar Manushakyan, coordinator of the "Dingo Team" animal rights protection NGO, has published a photo of a dog that was subjected to cruel treatment in Hrazdan. "Maybe we should take her cats to the clinic as well," she noted, since the cats have come and lain down next to the dog.

It is recalled that on March 25, operational information was received by the Hrazdan police department that a resident of the town of Hrazdan's Kochor neighborhood had exhibited cruel behavior towards an animal. Thanks to measures taken, the identity of the citizen was established. As a result of explanatory work by the police, the man came to the Hrazdan police station and provided an explanation.

According to the man's account, around 1:00 PM, he hit a stray dog that attacked him and his family members with stones, killing it. Thinking the dog was dead, he tied it to his Mercedes vehicle and dragged it to a field, leaving it there. An investigation is underway.
