Criminal Responsibility for Such Monsters: Zohrabyan on Dog Torture Case
And there are still people who complain about my law that provides for criminal responsibility for such monsters. This was stated by MP Naira Zohrabyan on her Facebook page, referencing a case in which a citizen tortured a dog.
I have appealed to the Chief of Police of Armenia and I will do everything possible for this monster to serve their punishment in the most severe cell of the Nubarashen penitentiary.
