VIDEO: It's a Heavy Burden to Answer for Others' Lies, Says Samsonyan to Avinyan

In your every statement, we are forced to look for contradictions, said Ani Samsonyan, a member of the "Bright Armenia" faction, while addressing the Prime Minister during a Q&A session with government officials in parliament.

Samsonyan asked the Prime Minister when the government would stop lying and manipulating.

The question was answered by Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan, who noted that a complete answer regarding the Su-30 aircraft had already been provided.

“It is a heavy burden to answer for others' lies. It is evident that you have hidden and deceived people by saying that the newly acquired Su systems do not have missiles. Your government is based on lies; I urge you to stop because the people are confused. Over the course of three years, the government has not said one truthful sentence to the people,” the MP responded.

In response, the Deputy Prime Minister remarked, “When you do not understand a particular data or try to connect one thing to another, that is the greatest manipulation and the problem. I assure you, the people understand this very well. As for the Su-30s, it was also planned when the corresponding missiles for those aircraft were to be acquired.”
