5.4 Magnitude Earthquake Recorded in China
A 5.4 magnitude earthquake has been recorded in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China, TASS reports.
The epicenter of the tremors was located 252 km southeast of the city of Hohhot, where approximately 360,000 people reside.
The earthquake's focus was at a depth of 30 km. No reports of destruction or casualties have been reported.
