US Military Base Attacked in Syria, American Soldiers Injured

The American military base located in Syria's Deir ez-Zor province has come under missile attack. According to «RIA Novosti», citing the «Al-Mayadeen» television channel, American soldiers have been injured as a result of the incident.

Reports indicate that missiles of unknown origin were fired at the American base, which is situated in the northern region of the province where gas fields are located.

The US armed forces, alongside the «Syrian Democratic Forces», a coalition of Arab-Kurdish troops, are illegally controlling areas in northeastern and northern Syria, including Deir ez-Zor, Hasakah, and Raqqa provinces, where some of the country's largest oil and gas reserves are found.
