The Founder of 'Bus Voyage' LLC, Which Transported Participants to the Rally on March 1, is the Head of Nor Nork Administrative District

On March 1, citizens from various regions of Armenia were transported to Yerevan by several dozen buses and minibuses for the rally called by Nikol Pashinyan. The transportation was mainly provided by 'Bus Voyage' LLC, founded in 2005 by Hovhannes Manukyan, who is currently the head of the Nor Nork administrative district. This is reported by Tert.am.

The website has found that after assuming the leadership of another administrative district, Norq Marash, in 2019, Manukyan entrusted the management of his business to his nephew, Arthur Abgaryan.

In an interview with Tert.am, Abgaryan noted that there is no distinction for their company regarding who they provide services for, stating that 'Bus Voyage' LLC fulfilled its current obligations on March 1. The orders for bus rentals came from individuals, but he refused to provide invoices.

In response to the website's inquiry, Abgaryan also mentioned that they have not signed any contracts with the Yerevan municipality in the last three years and have participated in announced competitions but have not won grants. However, 'Bus Voyage' had contracts worth 1,960,670 drams signed with the Yerevan municipality in March 2020, which are available on the www.yerevan.am website.
