One of the Missing Soldiers is in Serious Condition, Efforts Underway to Evacuate the Second: Ministry of Defense

One of the contract soldiers missing since March 21 due to an avalanche near the Jermuk military unit is in serious condition, and efforts are underway to evacuate the second soldier. This information was provided to NEWS.am by the Ministry of Defense of Armenia.

The ministry stated that no information is yet available regarding the condition of the second soldier.

It is reminded that on March 21, under severe avalanche conditions, communication was lost with two contract soldiers while moving from one combat outpost to another of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Armenia.

Just recently, the Ministry of Defense reported that the location of the two soldiers has been identified.
