Extraordinary Incident at Yeghevard Maternity Hospital: Mother Sold Baby and Informed Relatives of Death

Yesterday, on March 22, operational information was received at the Hrazdan police department that a 20-year-old resident of Hrazdan gave birth at the "Nairi" medical center's maternity hospital in Yeghevard in November 2020 and sold the baby for money.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, the child was a girl, and according to preliminary information, after selling the baby, the mother informed her relatives that the child had died shortly after birth.
