The Constitutional Court to Review the Case of Armenia's Second President Robert Kocharyan

The legal team of Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharyan, has announced that tomorrow, March 23, at 11:00 AM, the Constitutional Court will review in writing the case based on the applications of Robert Kocharyan and the Yerevan City First Instance Court regarding the compliance of Article 300.1 of the Criminal Code with the Constitution.
