Putin Takes a 'Nuclear Briefcase' on Vacation? Peskov Clarifies
The press secretary of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, has responded to the question of whether Putin takes a 'nuclear briefcase' on vacation. According to RIA Novosti, Peskov stated, 'All necessary communication means, including strategic communication, are always with the president, wherever he is, whether on Russian territory or in another country.'
He mentioned that Putin and Defense Minister Shoigu drove an all-terrain vehicle in the taiga and went for a walk, with the minister showing the president a workshop engaged in the processing of dry trees.
