Abrahamyan: Davtyan's Message Indicates He is No Longer in the Army and has Joined Nikol Pashinyan's Political Team

Tigran Abrahamyan, head of the 'Henaket' analytical center and former security advisor to the President of Artsakh, made a Facebook post stating:

"Artak Davtyan's message actually shows that he is no longer in the army and has taken a place in Nikol Pashinyan's political team. The individual wearing the general's epaulettes has essentially announced that he has come to fulfill Nikol Pashinyan's whims, regardless of the cost to the country and the nation. A person with a bit of shame, self-respect, and dignity, not to mention a military person, would not make such statements."

It should be recalled that Artak Davtyan issued a statement today, which noted that the situation arising from the leadership's well-known declaration has been resolved, and the existing disagreements have been moved to a legal framework.

"The armed forces of the Republic of Armenia, having a constitutional status under the subordination of the Government and civilian oversight, will maintain neutrality on political issues, exclusively guided by the obligation to ensure the protection, security, territorial integrity, and inviolability of the borders of the Republic of Armenia," said Artak Davtyan in his announcement.
